Deposit Policies


A 100.00 refundable deposit will be required prior to any rental. This deposit will hold your rental for your scheduled dates and cover most minor damages to the trailer or its accessories. We understand wear and tear and accidents happen but we ask that you treat our trailers better than your own and allow us to continue to provide others with the nicest trailers around. Trailers will be inspected and inventoried after each rental and then your deposit will be released with a satisfactory inspection. We at RRT understand that tires get nails, wood decks get gouged and paint gets minor scratches, that will not affect your deposit but leaving a ramp or jack on the side of the road, bending an axle from overloading or hitting a fender at the fuel island will.

Damages exceeding the 100.00 deposit will be charged to the credit card on file or reported to your insurance company, whichever you may choose.

Refund / Cancellation Policies

DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY

Deposits will be refunded after the trailer and all provided equipment (as listed on the trailer’s page) have been inspected upon return. While we understand that normal wear and tear is expected, we ask that you help us keep our trailers in great condition for future renters.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • There is No charge if the reservation is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up window.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up window are subject to a $25 fee per reserved day.
